Plugin Works on all MU sites but one instance

    I’m using this plugin across an MU installation.
    It’s not enabled at the Network level, it’s enabled at the per site level
    For all sites it works fine, accept for one instance.

    There’s no errors in the log

    The plugin is activated but the usual options in the installed plugins page isn’t there
    Import Export | Premium Upgrade | Support | Deactivate

    I’m stumped?
