Plugin works okay but there is an issue

I like the plugin but there is an issue which is “COMMENT USING dropdown in my COMMENT BOX”.

I’ve disabled the “OTHER LOGIN PROVIDERS” but still no success with this. I want to remove AOL, YAHOO, AND HOTMAIL from my plugin. I gave you guys 5 stars because i know you guys will help me on this.

HELP ASAP
