Plugin Works Fine So Far, Just Follow These Steps

  • The Plugin works fine but as a lot of people mentioned the documentation could be a little clearer. Follow the steps below to get it to work properly.
    1st Open the RMWR settings page and at bottom of page click save changes
    2nd, Make sure you are in text editor mode and not visual.
    3rd Locate and place your cursor at the spot you want Read More located.
    4th Now add the following with the brackets: [read more]
    5th Place your cursor at the location where you want it to end and type:[/read]
    6th Save page by hitting the update button.
    Open your page in a different browser or in private mode to test. Sometimes the f5 key needs to be hit to clear the cache.
    The RMWR settings page has other options like text color, background, padding etc. those can be changed at any time.
    You can also change the Read More or Read Less to something else of your choosing on the settings page. Remember to always be in text editor and use the brackets.
