Plugin works differently when not logged in

Update: I have a nearly identical page https://zabsplace.org/barbara and the popup on that page (which was setup from a clone of the other page) seems to be working fine. You can see the issue when you click the “Contribute” button on the Dan page but not on the Barbara page. I can still only see the Dan page popup when I’m logged in.

The menu issue seems to have been resolved.

Its works fine for me . Your issue is that you have a number in closing and conversion cookies meaning that the popup won’t open again once it’s closed.

Change those values to 0 and then also change the cookies name in order to reset it.
