Plugin works as promised and customer service rocks!

This review is going to be in two parts and objective as much as I can.
1. On the plugin itself:
Based on my personal experience with it, the plugin works very well. They’re always working to improve it. There are always regular updates that do not interfere with the overall performance of the plugin. Occasionally we might encounter some delay or some issue of sort but this is immediately solved. Because the plugin is in constant development it is understandable to expect some degree of minuscule issues that are resolved with ease. Overall so far the plugin technically works very well. There are some things I wish the dev team will consider for future development and is the integration with Elementor. It really will add more stars to have the ability to freely design the user experience (UX) of marketplaces, from the vendors page to the vendor signup page, to widgets, etc.
2. On the team:
The support team has been always very responsive since the beginning when I inquired about the plugin for the first time. Moumita excels in her customer service skills. She’s been and is always very attentive to any questions that I had for the past two years. She always responds promptly to any questions that you may have and follows up to solve any issues that you may encounter with the plugin, which I said above, might be minuscules. She always goes beyond offering help to inspect your site and solve the issues personally. That’s great customer support service.
