Plugin working on desktop and not on mobile site

    I have two themes, one as my desktop/tablet site and another theme as my mobile site. My main theme is a custom theme and my mobile site’s theme is Slider responsive theme.

    I have been using woocommers plugin and have adapted it to both themes and looks great. But I also added the YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier plugin. This plugin looks great on my desktop theme but not my mobile theme and I don’t know why?

    I need some advice one what I should do. I dont want to deactivate this plugin because it looks good on my desktop. I don’t know if i should try and find the deactivate this plugin on just my mobile theme through its function.php or by using css.

    Anyone got any advice on the best way to handle this?
