plugin working fine in one theme and not in another

I have installed wp-mail-smtp plugin in SuevaFree theme and in Striker. It does work with SuevaFree but it doesn’t with Striker. I have checked the settings in both which I have set identically on them. Can anyone help? Thnak you.
