plugin worked until changing password at constant contact

    I tested a form, which worked fine. After the account owner removed a user and changed the main password at CC, the form stopped working.

    Hmm, I don’t believe the access tokens should be validating in some way in regards to password, but I won’t count that out completely as I don’t know the ins and outs of the API.

    Is the user that was originally connected to the install, the one that got removed?

    Beyond that, it probably won’t hurt to disconnect and then reconnect the account status and access tokens, however if that’s failing and still giving similar errors, then it will probably be an account access issue for the attempted user being connected.

    I disconnected the plugin from CC and followed the steps on https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/email-digital-marketing/articles/KnowledgeBase/10054-WordPress-Integration-with-Constant-Contact?lang=en_US

    The plugin says that it is connected, but I still get the message that “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing.?…”

    Aha! Eventually the error message cleared and the form is working as expected.
