Plugin worked for only 2 items

  • I installed the plug in and set it up for 2 products and it was working perfectly. Totally ideal for what I needed. When I tried to add a third product it failed with the message “Action Failed. Please refresh page and try again.” and I have been unable to add any new per item shipping costs.

    Please advise.
