[Plugin: wordTube] WordTube random video widget generates invalid XHTML?

Hello,
I added the “WordTube: Random video” widget to my sidebar. When checking my website with the W3C validator, I get the following two errors:

Error 1: there is no attribute “name”.

Error 2: document type does not allow element “div” here; missing one of “object”, “applet”, “map”, “iframe”, “button”, “ins”, “del” start-tag.

I want at least to fix the second error. If you check the source code of my site, you will see that the <p> doesn’t get closed. How can I fix this?
