I was having problems with my rss feeds not displaying. After much digging it turns out it was wordtube causing the errors.

The problem occures if you include any & characters in the URL. So for example if you use a video URL like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SykwMJRBJxw&feature=player_embedded or include any of the additional querystring keys that youtube includes this will cause the RSS feeds to break.

I also noticed that I had accidently included a single quote character ( ‘ ) at the beginning of the URL. The video was playing just fine, but this was also breaking the RSS feeds.

I would suggest for the next release to remove any & tags or convert them to the ASCII version. Also check for naughty characters. I’m about pretty sure this could be used in a SQL injection.

    Cheers!
