[Plugin: WordSocial] not posting to Twitter and Facebook

    WordSocial is a great plugin!! I am using since Jan 1st of this year –flawless operation. Then just one day ago, posts stopped going to both FB and Twitter.

    From WP admin panel — WP posts are published immediately …both Twitter and FB boxes in *add new* post screen are checked …and then, nothing seems to happen, i.e. no error messages and no posts to both sites. FB’s new activity log shows no activity and Twitter shows no new tweets. From WP side all looks normal.

    What changed? The one change I made was to convert to the new FB format (see my earlier post) …Twitter not touched .

    I tried a WordSocial disconnect on FB and Twitter tabs and then, a reconnect …still same result.

    Running WordSocial Version 0.5.3 and WordPress WordPress 3.3.

    Any help on what to check next would be greatly appreciated.

    problem was a *conflict* with a new plugin install — postie 1.4.3. deactivated this plugin and now wordsocial works perfectly with twitter and new facebook format.

    so all is back to normal —I am relieved WS is ok …I really depend on this great software.

    sorry for my panic!

    now looking for a postie substitute for posting to my blog via email. any suggestions for another plugin?
