• Hi,

My wordpress stats has gone haywire, it’s been crazy since yesterday evening, (although earlier on the same day it was fine), the problem i am encountering is that:

Both “Referrers Links” are overlapping with the Links shown Under “Top Posts & Pages” and all the links are overlapping each other with lines of links running across the screen when i log in and check the “WordPress Stats” is this a virus or is it simply glitch while a new version of wordpress stats is being released?

Anyone else, having this same problem?

I would really appreciate your help!!! I am really worried, this has never happened to me before….

  • I’m having a similar issue as of last night. While my links aren’t overlapping, the really long ones aren’t truncating like they usually do. So basically what I have is a bunch of huge paragraph-like blocks under my Referrers list.

Hopefully we can get some news on this.

Bump, I’ve got the same thing starting about mid-morning Pacific time.

Yeah exactly, thats similar to what i am experiencing, although my paragraph link blocks has gone over from Referrer Links over to Top Posts & Pages” with the links of both overlapping each other.

I’m also having this issue, seems the links are no longer shortening them selves and long links screws up all the spacing.

Sorry, everybody. We’re working on the stats system (improving it all week) and this is a hiccup. Thanks for the report. We’ll fix it ASAP.

    Hi everybody.

Thanks for reporting this. A fix should be deployed now. Please feel free to test and get back to me.

A little background: we’re polishing and tweaking the stats on WordPress.com and it won’t be that long until self-hosted users can enjoy the fruits of our labor. Part of that labor is we now use CSS for trimming long URLs, so that if you scale your browser, you see more of the URL as opposed to having one fixed-width trim. That’s the fix I added to fix this issue as well.

    Mine’s fixed now, thank you.
