Starting a few days ago when I got an error message in dashboard that the stats for my account could not be displayed, the dashboard panel is only partially functional. While it shows the daily stats graph, it now gets the time/date wrong (e.g., it thought it was a new day, 3/22, at 800pm EDT tonight (3/21) and so has logged new visits for tomorrow) and it does not show top posts or most active for the blog. Again, this all stemmed from the error message I received on Friday or Saturday. I don’t recall the exact message but the essence of it was that the problem was on your end, not mine, and that you were working to resolve it. It ain’t resolved. Blogsite is https://maneynet.org/blog/

Thanks for your work and for this tool. I hope you can fix what’s broken.

Are you using Jetpack or the WordPress.com Stats plugin? Also, which version of the plugin are you using?

I am not using Jetpack. Never heard of it. I am using the WP stats plugin, v1.8.1 and v3.1 of WP. The plugin has been acting very weird all day today. Right now it is showing the most active posts but not the top posts. Thanks.

I had exactly the same issue as you described. Today I couldn’t get to my back end because of the WP Stats plugin. I deactivated it and switched to Jetpack. The numbers are still not calculating properly

We had a bit of a systems-wide issue recently. Things should iron themselves out by tomorrow.

My stats graph has come back, but “Most Active” and “Top Posts” sections of the dashboard widget are still empty. What’s wrong?

We’re definitely aware of that one and working on a fix.

I’m having similar issues getting message that not authourized to view stats of this blog. on 1.8.1 of the plugin and wp v3.0 (have not updated to 3.1) Searching for an answer this thread is closest I’ve come so far.

Just checked my stats panel and everything appears to be working normally again. Thanks for getting this fixed.

Spoke too quickly. Panel is no longer showing top posts. Graph continues to work.
