[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Revert from Jetpack to WordPress.com Stats Plugin

I currently use Jetpack but no longer use any features other than the stats feature. Is it possible to remove Jetpack and go back to the WordPress.com stats plugin and maintain the data that has been accumulated? Thank you.
