[Plugin: WordPress Uploads] Plugin not works with WordPress 3.4.1 multisite mode

Plugin not works with WordPress 3.4.1 multisite mode but works in normal mode. Nothing options shows in the dashboard and attempt to enter direct ( options-general.php?page=upload ) ends with a message access denied, even though I am logged as a admin.
