• Arg!

WP 2.1 introduced the use of WPLANG for setting the locale for TinyMCE, so I had to make an adjustments to my plugin.

    WordPress Super Edit 1.0b3

I don’t think my corrections will affect other uses of the “WPLANG” localization settings, and if can figure it out, I might add some of the TinyMCE localizations if possible.

It’s probably good enough for a true 1.0 release, but I really want to develop a better method for configuring the TinyMCE plugins for the visual editor, make a more elegant options panel, upgrade the current plugin set, and make sure it’s playing friendly.

  • I installed it and activated it and went to the options page and found this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/gyglgmo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpsuperedit/superedit.php on line 146

also on the plugin page it says the version is 1.0b2 even thought I clicked the link to download 1.0b3.

Yea that’s me winning the award for “Not paying attention”.

I made a bad zip file for the update. The plugin and all files should reside in a folder called “superedit” and not “wpsuperedit”. So the ZIP file has been fixed.

You may want to deactivate and remove the previous “wpsuperedit” folder from your site.

I’ve also updated the version number as you noted. Thanks for the notes!

Uploaded the new version.. It works great! Thank you!

When I choose a font color, I get a coloured ribbon below the bold-button, not below the font color button. The colour picker also does not stick to the button and text, but it is placed further away.
