[Plugin: WordPress Simple Survey] WANT A REFUND

  • Call me crazy, but after purchasing this plugin for $50 am I wrong to expect it to work properly after downloading it? The problems I am having have been discussed (but never resolved) in this forum. Some of the threads are a year old.

    I did a fresh install of the extended plugin and created a quiz. I am instructing the quiz to show the name and email fields prior to submitting the quiz. When testing the quiz, not only are the name and email fields missing, but the quiz won’t let you proceed until you fill in the fields that are not even there. These fields are even absent in Firebug. I am working on a project for a client and don’t have the time nor the patience to fix a plugin that’s not even free.

    It was bad enough that I had to fix the horrible, unprofessional, overlapping of the quiz that someone brought up a year ago and still hasn’t been fixed.

    If I don’t get an answer that FIXES my problem…within the next 24 hours, I will be notifying my bank to rescind my payment. If the plugin is useless to me, I refuse to pay for it. You can see the mess here… page password is oshaexam1 https://petitionman.com/newjt/osha-emergency-preparedness/

    PS the developer of this plugin needs to take some tips from the Gravity Forms developers. If you’re gonna charge for a plugin, at least make it worthwhile…just sayin’

    Okay, now I just turned off the display name and email before submission and now it doesn’t work that way either! Now it goes to the ending of the quiz after the first question. I am truly disgusted now. Definitely disputing this charge now. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PLUGIN!

    wishing i would have seen your comment before purchasing this. Did you ever figure out why it wouldn’t show the “next” button, etc.

    No, I just disputed the charge through Paypal and the plugin developer never even had the sourtesy of contacting me or Paypal. I got my $50 back and installed the poll addon on for gravity forms. All I can say is AWESOME! Good luck ??

    Closing as the conversation should have been with the plugin directly, at the site where you purchased it.

    yeah just try and export the results after a few hundred people do the quiz/test. All you will see is a blank page…..
