[Plugin: WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart] Table Header Missing a Cell

When the shopping cart table is built in a page or post the <th> columns do not match the number of <td> columns in lower rows. Because of this, if your table is styled to have borders, the top right corner has no border.

This is easily resolved by adding a <th></th> to the end of line 259 of wp_shopping_cart.php.

I thought Ruhul may want to know about the issue so it can be resolved in future releases of this excellent plugin.
