Hi Niaz,
I’m having problems with my shopping cart emptying when I click the proceed to check out button this happens in safari browser. Now in internet explorer browser can’t even get that far before problems happen. In internet explorer the cart empties when the continue button is pushed to go back to the store, the items are not being saved. As well as I don’t know what the save button is for on the cart page.
I am looking for a version to of some cart to purchase but it has to work on all browsers, & if it doesn’t then there needs to be an error message for someone shopping on my site that the commerce pluggin does not support.

I’ve been testing the store & cart in other browsers as well it is very messed up. I would like to continue building the store but I am aprehensive about moving forward because of the time investment & if this can’t be fixed I will have to find another option. I chose this plugin because it seemed like a good fit for my site & what I wanted to accomplish. I have 3 other sites to build for other clients based on a similiar platform & would like to purchase the premium version, but not with the problems I am experiencing.

Please help as soon as possible.

OK Your problem is theme related and it not UNCOMMON these days.

I have fixed these theme issues for many clients. I can fix your one as well but you have to upgrade to the premium version.

If you dont like the premium version or if it does not work you can always get the refund.

I am having the same problem in that, my checkout page is displaying strangely with blank sections and clicking proceed to secure checkout is not working.

Is the premium version less buggy?? – don’t want to waste my time. I’m using mysitemyway themes framework – I was getting javascript errors – they are gone now but other things don’t work that well. If there are known issues with these themes, I’ll look for another eCommerce plugin.

I purchased the Pro version and it still has issues. I will email admin. Could you please have a look. It won’t let Paypal do the taxes or shipping in standard Paypal mode. If that is chosen I get no paypal button. In express mode it won’t add my taxes.

I have been emailing you to see how the fixes are going for the cart not going to paypal when the button is clicked. I understand you said you have had family issues but this has been a month now and the client needs his website functional. Can you please assist with your progress? This is urgent status.

I have recently updated my Wp E-Commerce plug-in and my overall version of WordPress. Ever since then my shopping cart will not allow me to purchase. I can add/subtract items and nothing disappears I just cannot checkout.

Is it possible to have the “proceed to secure checkout” go directly to paypal page instead of going to checkout page and then paypal?
