[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Yoast Not Indexing My Articles

I have a serious problem. Yoast isn’t indexing my articles from WordPress. I have all settings set to standards, which all of my posts show up in my sitemap yet they are not being indexed by search engines such as Google.
the domain is DualPixels.com
After switching from the NING (social network platform I’m having trouble with search engine optimization in general. All indexed (non www.) posts on my media outlet Dual Pixels are from WordPress via other plugins such as Ultimate SEO.
Since I did switch platforms I have a ton of dead links including about 1000 blog posts, I don’t know if that’s the reason my site won’t be indexed now.
Please help me, I’m desperate.
Due to the nature of my blog, it is very important that I not only get my articles indexed on Google, but that I also get them indexed as fast as possible.
