[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] XML question

Good afternoon,
I installed SEO wordpress plugin, really easy to use!
But I have one question. I also choose the option to make a sitemap xml.The tool tells me it pings it to google. But when I look up my site in my Google webmaster tool it still says I can send them the sitemap.
Is everything going oke?
