[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Wp-Ecommece Ver 3.7 – product page titles

  • Hi,

    I am running wp-ecommerce by instinct with about 1300 products, WP 3.1.3, and just ditched all-in-one seo for wordpress Seo…and here I am ??

    Everything looks good except:

    1. Doesn’t create the sitemap – gives a parse error – will wait for next ver and try again.

    2. Product pages all have the same title. Where and how should I set up the title for product pages correctly when using wp-ecommerce ver 3.7. Will be a long long time before I upgrade wp-ecommerce to ver 3.8+ for a lot of other reasons. All-in-one seo handled this fine so I am sure that this plugin will work too. I want to have the product name | Site name as my title for each product.

    Just an update – have put back all-in-one seo for the moment so all my product page titles are correct again – would love to see wordpress seo plugin work for my site as looks 10x better then all-in-one! Am positive this is just some setting I am overlooking here.

    I’m with you, Radforms. I just know this is a better SEO product, but I’m having an awful time getting it going or finding any instructions. I have posted a question and am going to hope against hope that someone gets back to me.
