[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] WordPress SEO Sitemap Parsing Error

Been searching here for an answer as well as at Yoast, but having no luck. I am getting a parsing error when I try to view the sitemap:
XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: https://www.golod.com/sitemap_index.xml
Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?><?xml-stylesheet type=”text/xsl” href=”https://www.golod.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/xml-sitemap-xsl.php”?>
^Would love to hear anyone’s ideas.
