[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Woo Framwork SEO fields converted into WordPress SEO fields

  • Hello forum.

    We have a Woo theme on a site, and so far we have been using the built in SEO functions of the well known Woo Framework. Now we are using WordPress SEO instead of the built in SEO options, for obvious reasons.
    Now, all of “old” custom SEO fields are loaded/saved in the database, but is not in use anymore – we want them to be used by the WordPress SEO plugin ofcause.

    As we have more than 300 post/pages, we are looking for a script or plugin, that could convert the old custom SEO fields, into WordPress SEO fields automatic.

    Is that possible – how?
    I’m no server-techie so I cannot wtite such script myself – but maybe someone can provide a piece of code? We do donations.
