[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Transfer Settings From Headway – Best Method?

I’m currently using the onboard SEO in my Headway theme, but want to give WordPress SEO a try. What’s the best way to transfer all my Headway settings so I don’t have to configure LOTS of pages and posts?
Anyone used/recommend SEO Data Transporter to transfer from Headway to WordPress SEO?
