[Plugin WordPress SEO by Yoast] this page doesn't show thumbnail and title

Hi, i used this plugin to add meta tag og to website, but after activated, in my sources code i see the line :

this page doesn’t show a meta description because it doesn’t have one, either write it for this page specifically or go into the SEO.

When i share link to facebook, it doesn’t show thumb, title, description… ?? I try to share this link in Google plus and other social website, it’s showing full thumb, title,… I dont know why facebook can not get meta tag from my site.
