[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Static Blog Title not working!

  • The Home page title is correct.
    When i turn on “Force Rewrite title’s”
    The Home title works but all other pages and posts have the title of post #1(Welcome to Akshay Productions! &laquo Akshay Productions). The Blog title does no even have a title(it just shows the URL).
    When i turn off “Force rewrite title’s” Everything works except for blog page.
    The Blog page title is (&raquo [title of page]) [title of page] right now is “Blog”

    So it only shows &raquo Blog for the title.

  • I have the same problem. All titles are working fine except from Blog page. Did you find any solution?

    I’m having the same problem. It uses the title of the static blog page.
    It does not use the generated SEO title or the forced SEO title if I fill in the title field.
