[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Site descrpiption not showing correctly on home page

    WordPress version: 3.4
    WordPress SEO version: 1.2.2

    I did this: put %%sitename%% on Home tabe to show Connected Digital World on home page

    I expected the plugin to do this: show Connected Digital World on tab of homepage

    Instead it did this: shows Microsoft

    All other pages seem to work fine and this only started after upgrading to new version.

    Any suggestions?
