[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] post-sitemap.xml XML Parsing Error

    WordPress version: 3.4
    Wordpress SEO by Yoast version: 1.2.1

    I have a problem with the post-sitemap.xml.
    I have deactivated all the plugins and let only the seo plugin activated but no success.

    I have another site with the latest versions (wordpress & plugin seo) installed, but there is no problem.
