[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] My titles are not being written correctly – WCK Taxonomy Creator is

WordPress version: 3.3.2
WordPress SEO version: developers versionI did this:
1. installed the developer’s version – same problem
2. search for similar problems – no luck
3. disabled all plugins and used default theme, then re-installed them one by one… this is what i found…I expected the plugin to do this: write the titles like the I tagged them in the settings
Instead it did this:
gave another title for the page
O.K. I found the problem!
WCK Taxonomy Creator let’s me create custom taxonomy tags and attach them to pages or posts or both. On one of my custom taxonomies I attach it to only pages and the other custom taxonomies I attach to only posts… I edited the page attached custom taxonomy to posts as well and it was fixed.
Not sure if this a is a WordPress SEO issue or a WCK Taxonomy Creator issue?
