Dude, how does this help anyone? I don’t like bugs any more than you do, but they happen. It’s been fixed within a couple of days too, so stop whining and if you have issues, come back with good bug reports or contribute patches.

For the record: I had another infinite loop in a rare occasion that was hurting a big site, they contacted me, I fixed it within the hour, and they PAID me. If you’re that reliant on things, you could consider that too, instead of just whine here about a FREE plugin.

Free, or not, it doesn’t matter. That was your choice. Not mine. And it wasn’t a whine it was a statement of fact. There’s no question that you use the free plug in route to establish a position of credibility and authority in the community as well as support your commercial offers. No problem. Everyone has to make a living. The point is that you push this plug in as “The Best” and it is functional however, you have every bit as much obligation to the community to make sure that it’s fully tested. Your comment seems to be that you hold the user community with some contempt.

No, i hold you with contempt because you do me. You blame me for the fact that you apparently upgrade on 10 sites without testing. That makes you stupid, not me. There’s a HUGE variety in combinations of themes and plugins, a lot of which are, unfortunately, coded poorly, i can not ever test all varieties.

It worked on my end when I released it, in the 20 something test configurations I had, I missed a few, that i’ve added now. If you can’t handle that, fine, go use another plugin.

Well, best to keep your you know what zipped dude! I would agree that the contempt is mutual.

Oh and btw, I have no obligation to anyone. Please go re-read the GPL:

For the developers’ and authors’ protection, the GPL clearly explains
that there is no warranty for this free software.

If you want a Service Level Agreement, contact me, we’ll work something out, if not, stop whining.

    Closing.

The bug was fixed quite quickly. They happen, even with paid apps (see any OS, see any app on your computer or phone). They get fixed, we say thank you, and move on.
