[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Issue with Sitemaps and real CRON

    WordPress version: 3.3.2
    WordPress SEO version: 1.1.6

    I did this: I have deactivated WP_CRON and replaced it by a real CRON task every 1 hour.

    I expected the plugin to do this: When I planify a post for publication I want XML sitemaps to be updated and Google to be notified as soon as the CRON task is run.

    Instead it did this: XML sitemaps is updated correctly but Google doesn’t seem to be notified automatically :'(
