[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] How do I remove the title on the main page?

I would like to going to the side (on the browser) was the only title of the page, which I wrote at the beginning (start creating page).

Suppose that:
– xxx – the title of the page on wordpress.
– yyy – a description of the page on wordpress.
– nnn – name of the current (visiting) page.

I have set a static home page.
I would like the template titles was like before installing SEO plugins.
That is:
– Front page: xxx
– Rest of pages: nnn - xxx

I mean to change the schema on the main page, as it is by default in wordpress.
