[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Homepage title is as same as first post title

    I have installed WordPress SEO and it works very well… but recently my homepage title is substituted with the last single post I entered!!!
    After lots of searches I found this code to be inserted to the header.php
    <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title>
    But nothing changed… please help me
