[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] "Help us improve Message" & Theme backend BUG

  • Hey everyone,

    I have major issues.

    1. Since I updated the plugin “wordpress SEO” from yoast, my theme-options (theme backend) from the theme “Scope” has been crashed. If want to update certain options or rules it won’t. So I can’t update my site. It really sucks.

    2. The message “Help us improve ….” doesn’t go away, it appears every time I want to create a new site/article, it appears just every time a load a new page. And doesn’t matter if I click “allow” or if I click “disallow”.

    I am really looking for some help.

  • Hi Chris, hopefully you can get some assistance on this from Yoast.

    I just wanted to mention, don’t forget you can always contact a ThemeForest author via the contact form on their profile page for assistance with their theme.

    In the case of Scope, this author has support forums setup here for dealing with issues with their themes: https://www.themezilla.com/support/
