[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Headway leaf (HTMLbox) not displaying on one oage

Hello,

I’ve updated to the newest WordPress SEO Version 1.2.2 using Headway Theme Version 2.0.13, but I am having a weird issue with one of my pages https://www.synergybyjasmine.com/stuff-i-like/. I’ve narrowed the issue down to this plugin. When WP SEO is active it causes all of my HTML leafs on this page to disappear except the Content leaf. The following pages have the template style I want to use;

WordPress version: 3.3.2
WordPress SEO version: 1.2.2

I did this:
Created similar page layout with HTML boxes above the content box on this page:
https://www.synergybyjasmine.com/yoga-review/
https://www.synergybyjasmine.com/romantic-ideas/

I expected the plugin to do this:
Keep the page format the same

Instead it did this:
https://www.synergybyjasmine.com/stuff-i-like/.
