[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Google link share question / issue

Hi all,
A few days ago i installed the Yoast SEO plugin. I love this plugin but there is one problem.
When i share a link on Google+ for example; https://thisismysite.com/this-is-a-test-post, it happened that he always showing twice.
It look like this: https://thisismysite.com/this-is-a-test-posthttps://thisismysite.com/this-is-a-test-post
It’s not only the title but also the description who shows twice. When i share a link on Facebook there is no problem. I can imagine that this is something in my website code but when i deactivate the SEO plugin i don’t have any issues.
Help , tips are very welcome! ??
