[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] google does not like sitemap and other issues

    I am running this with woocommerce i have the following issues

    Sitemap error
    Parsing error
    We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.
    1
    Sitemap: /product_type-sitemap.xml

    Meta description missing

    I have entered meta on every page, yet it still remains missing.

    so with the two most important parts dont seem to work correctly

    any help?
