    hi

    Iam using Genesis framework.

but iam getting duplicate title and description in the pagination pages denoted in Google webmaster tool.

I want to get rid of that.

i come to know about rel=”next rel=”prev” which is available with wordpress seo.

Is it neccessary to use rel=”next rel=”prev” through wordpress seo plugin or should i leave it simple do not change the Genesis seo setting.

    thanks
    santo

Your child theme is probably doing something weird with titles… Follow the instruction on the SEO -> Titles page. As for rel=”next” / rel=”prev”, as soon as you activate the plugin it’ll work.

Iam using minimum child theme with Genesis Framework. I had already have SEO information entered into the posts using Genesis SEO. When i activate the wordpress seo plugin the entire title has been changed and the entire description is deleted so, i deactivated it.

should i use SEO data transporter?

please tell me how to transfer from genesis SEO setting to wordpress seo plugin using SEO data transporter.

is the following step is correct…

    1. download yoast wordpress seo plugin but do not activate it.
    2. go to seo data transporter select from “Genesis” platform to “WordPress SEO” plateform click anlayis.
    3. when we see records and compatible then press convert.
    3. now activate the yoast plugin

What’s the status on this? Did you ever get this figured out. I have a large site running on on an older Genesis child theme. I’d like to migrate from Genesis SEO to Yoast SEO plugin. How can I make sure this goes smooth?
