[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Error writing sitemap

I am new to this so bare with me. I installed the Yoast WordPress SEO however it is not showing a site map. One site I installed it on shows a 404 error:
The site for the above error is: https://www.journeyscenter.com/sitemap_index.xml
I tried activating the default theme, creating my own xml file manually, deactivating other plug-ins. Not sure what else to do.
