[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Error in_array() [function.in-array]:

I’m using Multi user installation and latest version of plugin.
On all blogs, the WordPress SEO plugin works great!
When I create a new blog though, I get many errors when the plugin is activated.
1) (On top of my page)
Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in […directory]2) When I activate (any) plugin my screen goes blank
3) I cannot modify permalink
When Googling on this error I found some others who also experienced a bug that looks like this.
