[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Disable Meta Boxes completely

A strange thing appears today after upgrading – the meta boxes appears again on post (all post types) screens. I have disabled them some time ago, but now they appear again and I cannot find a way, how i can disable them completely for all users (I’m using my own personalised meta boxes).
