[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Difference between Exclude Taxonomies & noindex follow settngs

    Hi,
    I’m a bit confused on a couple of settings.

    What’s the difference between “Exclude Taxonomies” in under XML Sitemap and “noindex follow” in Titles and Metas under the Taxonomies tab?

    I’m sure it’s something very simple but I can’t seem to figure out what the difference is between the settings.

    Any help would be hugely appreciated.
