[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Colon added to every Page!

Hi!

I’m using your plugin for most of my websites and it’s really nice to use. I used the plugin again on one of my latest little project but this time it’s automatically adding a collon to every title of my page (you can see it here: https://www.gerardpark.nl).

So the page is called ‘over ons’ but the the ‘:’ is added on that page as well, so it becomes over ons : . This also showes in the google results which isn’t that great I think!

Can you help me out here?
