[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] can not view plugin page after install

i just install the plugin, after that i can not view the installed plugin page (https://domain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php). show only blank page.
can you help me?
update: i also can’t open most pages (posts, media, links, pages, etc)
i have to deactivate the plugin…
