You can find all the old versions. You have to download the entire plugin file. Once you have it, navigate to to the file: wordpress-seo.1.1.9/wordpress-seo/frontend

I don’t know. That’s why I started this thread. Must not be all that important to Yoast as he hasn’t answered in the two months since.

No biggie, I will just keep replacing the updates with the 1.1.9 version, or perhaps look for a compliant breadcrumb plugin and abandon this one.

I found a compliant breadcrumb plugin and hard coded it into my theme. Problem solved.
