[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Adding title and desc for home page

I can’t figure out how to add the title tag and meta description for my home page. I know each page has an area below the content section to add Focus Keyword, SEO Title and Meta Description, but if my home page is not listed with the rest of my pages because it’s included with the theme options (I’m using IncantationPro), how do I add this information?

This is one of those questions that I’m sure is very easy to answer and I’m just not seeing it. Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.
