[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] 1.2.8.4 Double Titles all of a sudden

I am having the same problem! Webmaster tools shows 126 pages with duplicated title tags ??
Please, help! Page is really bad on search engines results.

I am having the same problem too.

I deactivated WP SEO and now work fine… but without SEO…

Yeah it work before the latest update of wp seo and when I disable everything resolves but when enabled it double titles.

Don’t want to lose all my descriptions! Please, some help?
Also the duplicated pages is really bad ??

I have the double titles problem as well. And, the separator doesn’t seem to work. So when I lose the double titles, I get the page name run together with the post name when posting to Facebook.
