For some reason, any page that has a custom template is being listed as a child of the Blog in the breadcrumb output. For example, I have a custom page template for an “About Us” page, which is a top level page, but the breadcrumb is showing it as a child of the Blog.

I’ve gone in and hard-coded the correct structure as a temporary fix, but it’s a bug that probably deserves a look. Anyone else running across this, or have I messed up a setting or something?

In 0.1.2 you have the option to remove the Blog from the Breadcrumb ??

    Hello,

Just installed WP SEO Version 0.2.3.1 last week. Have ticked the box in the Internal Links section to remove the blog from breadcrumbs. Yet if I’m on a page that is filed under a category in my subnav bar but is also included as a blog post, the breadcrumb still shows that it is a child of the blog. Even if I’ve navigated to the post via the category on the subnav bar, and not via the blog.

Any way to correct this? Or does the blog always take precedence no matter how you navigate to a post?

Oh yeah, if the fix involves the use of code, please be very specific as to where I’d put it – not just the name of the document I’d put the code into, but where in the document; ie – after________ and before_______ (still kinda new at this).

    Thanks much,

    Diana
